Hello All! It’s been a while since you have heard from me, but the past couple months my family has been through a whirlwind and back. I was surprised on a lovely June morning, while at Danielle’s house, with a text from my husband informing me that due to low work and re configuring the company he had been laid off… ‘indefinitely.” This was very earth shattering news, considering we had a baby due any day!! July 2nd at 7:49 am Mr Landon came as a reminder to us that life doesn’t stop just because of a bump in the road, we need to face each challenge head on and do it with everything in us!
Now, no one tells you what to do when your husband’s bachelor’s is in Construction Management and finding a job in the Construction industry towards the end of “season” in Pennsylvania is like finding a needle in a haystack! So we faced the reality that unemployment checks are definitely not enough to support our living expenses. Sadly, selling my beautiful ranch house in my picture perfect development with the nicest neighbors in the world, with a view of my beautiful central Pennsylvania mountains is the only option to keep our heads above water till my husband finds himself a new job. My mother in law (God love her) was very gracious in letting us move in with her for a while till things start getting back to normal. The good news, my house sold in less than 24 hours, and things are moving rather quickly!!! Bad news, trying to fit two houses worth of stuff into one!! But we will figure that all out in time!!
Anyway, on to my post! I’m usually pretty OCD when it comes to my house, I like things clean and everything has a place! But some things get pushed to the side when you are taking care of a newborn and 2 year old! I knew I needed to make my house look all pretty for when we went to show it. One thing that needed some attention was my kitchen sink, it is always clean, but gets marked up because it is white porcelain and I have stainless steel pots and pans. My mother in law introduced this cleaner to me when we moved into our house (she is always finding awesome things on QVC), the sink was a disaster and she was able to make it look brand new! I was so impressed because I thought the sink was going to be something that needed replaced, turned out, it just needed cleaned! HA! Since moving into my house I have realized that it does so much more than just a good job at cleaning a kitchen sink! It removes hard water stains, crayons on walls, mildew, soap scum, and pretty much anything!! And for all you people out there that care, it’s a green product and 100% safe to use around kids!!! I absolutely love this stuff!!
Here it is! It can be found here

Oh, and here is Mr Landon!! He’s a big old boy!!!
His sister absolutely loves him and helps so much!! (even when mommy isn’t asking for help! haha!)
Have a great day!!!
